Heads Up Poker Strategy by Mike Thomas

I have recently published my Heads up Strategy for Texas Hold 'Em poker and have gotten great feedback from those who have used the strategy online. I'm sure you've been struggling at turning a profit playing poker online, we all have at one time or another. With such a wide array of players how the heck can anyone win consistently?

Live cash games have been my "thing" for a few years, picking up cash games online has been an experience. :) I find that no matter what I do to get ahead there is always someone, every single time, that will call, call call, call, call and catch a 3 outer. I've questioned why someone would do this? I've questioned why it happens so frequently and I've questioned why I'm even playing online!

The real fact is that online poker is treated as more of a gamble than skill. Skill has gone out the window and everyone wants to gamble their way to riches. Deposit, Gamble, Reload is the tune that a ton of online players swing to. That's about the time when I stopped playing online poker cash games at 6 and 10 person tables. Was online poker rigged or was it just a crazy world of pre bad luck?

I started playing Heads up poker religiously due to the fact that it's technically a 50/50 shot at winning. It took a while of brainstorming but I came up with a consistent strategy for Heads Up Poker that would keep me in the profits. I've been playing steadily with this strategy now for a few months and have had a lot of players who have used it email me with props.

You're wondering what the strategy is about and I can tell you it's a unique strategy that has not been around for very long. Now, of course I have about 70 or so players who have used my strategy to date so there is a lot of buzz growing. The Heads up Poker strategy makes it easy to sit down at a heads up table and leave a winner. You do this 20-30 times a day and for the most part you're in the plus $50-$100 depending on what limit you decide to play. Once you understand the strategy you can advance to no-limit heads up poker games and turn over a lot of a profit. I have won upward of $80 in less than a minute using the strategy at no-limit tables.
